Dear all,

It was a great competition yesterday with a close fight for first place!

It was actually a three-way tie for both Points and Net score, which meant the player with lowest handicap won – actually for the second year in a row, it was Tor Dahlstrom who went away with the honor this time. However, since he won a SAS ticket last year, he gracefully donated it to the 2nd runner up, Mr.Jan Pettersson!

More details when the results are posted within the next few days.

Due to administrative, communicative, technical, and other problems, we have not been able to show the results of the last three tournaments on here.

Thanks to the Tournament Committee (read: Calle E), they are now available for your review. Note that, as the other results, only the total Scandinavian Cup results are shown, regardless of Ladies/Junior Cup, etc. So, as we historically always have had a Ladies’ Cup, the top ranking woman in the list will obviously be the one who won the Ladies’s cup.

Dear Friends of ScanCup;

We are now keeping up the Long Tradition of ScanCup, that started in 1956 here in Japan.

This is a late Invitation, due to a very busy time for myself. After the great organizing by Kjell & Modde Groth, now myself, Carl Eklund and a group of organizers/supporters, from each of the Nordic countries, will make sure that we do all our best efforts to reach out to all potential Scandinavian Cup Golfers and keep making this a great Competition and we do want to make sure that we will reach the 100th ScanCup in 2014 !!!

It is soon time for the Spring tournament of 2010 – applications are now open at:

The tournament will be held on Friday, May 14th, on Nanso CC in Chiba Prefecture.
